Pearl River Valley Electric Power Association

ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual Meeting of members of Pearl River Valley Electric Power Association was held in the County of Marion, State of Mississippi, at the Association's meeting room facility (Lawrence Building) in Columbia at 1428 Highway 13 North, on September 24, 2011. Members took action upon the following matters:

1. The reports of officers, directors and committees,

2. The election of a Director for District No.2, District No.5, and
    District No.7 for a three (3) year term, and

3. All other business which may have come before the meeting or any
    adjournment or adjournments thereof.

  In connection with the election of Directors scheduled for this meeting, the following members have been nominated as Directors by the Committee on Nominations appointed by the Board of Directors of the Association pursuant to the bylaws of the Association:

District No.7 _________ Byrus E. Hurt
